[Case Study] Improvement of Production Capacity through Multi-Axis Multiple Take-offs of Small Transformer Secondary Windings

We would like to introduce a case where the production capacity of small transformer secondary windings was improved through multi-axis multi-piece production. The challenge was the increased setup time during the resumption of production. To respond to the customer's increased demand, PRONEC transitioned the secondary winding process of small transformers, which was previously manufactured using a single-axis winding machine, to a multi-axis winding machine with a proven track record, increasing the production capacity from 150K pieces/month to 300K pieces/month.
