We would like to introduce a case where we achieved stabilization of quality by establishing a consistent production system at our company for products that were previously distributed among multiple companies for each process. By modifying various parts based on a general-purpose winding machine and adjusting the takt balance of each process, we consolidated the molding, winding, assembly, and overmolding processes into a single line.
