■Low-Temperature Treatment This treatment specializes in rust prevention for steel products that are prone to property changes at low processing temperatures of 200°C. Since it is baked at low temperatures, it does not affect physical properties such as surface hardness. ■High Corrosion Resistance It boasts high performance with a 1000-hour salt spray test endurance and 100 cycles of composite cycle testing. It can also be treated as a protective film for stainless steel materials. ■Environmental Compliance It does not use any substances listed in the RoHS directive, including hexavalent chromium. It also complies with REACH regulations. ■Reduction of Galvanic Corrosion It significantly reduces galvanic corrosion for aluminum steel and high corrosion-resistant plated steel. ■No Hydrogen Embrittlement There is no risk of hydrogen embrittlement as there are no pickling or electrolysis processes involved.
