This product is a development item. It is an anionic electrodeposition coating (treatment agent) that can electrodeposit polyimide, which excels in heat resistance, electrical insulation, and chemical resistance, onto substrates (objects to be coated). In addition to the yellow to brown color of polyimide, red and black coloring is also possible. Prototype support is available, so please feel free to contact us. **Features** It enables the electrodeposition of polyimide resin, allowing for uniform film formation that is difficult to achieve through other methods. It can be effectively applied to parts that require heat resistance, insulation, and chemical resistance. - Painting on three-dimensional shapes and complex shapes is possible. - Red and black coloring is achievable by adding pigments. - It has high heat resistance with a thermal decomposition temperature (5% reduction) of over 500°C.
