We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing "screw-type speed nuts" used for automotive interior trim fastening components. Precision is required because screws or bolts are inserted into the cracked part on the top surface. By replacing the conventional processing done by progressive stamping with multi-forming, we improved material yield and successfully reduced costs.
