We conduct various asbestos surveys and analyses in response to the legal revisions on April 1, 2022, to determine the presence or absence of asbestos use. In the essential pre-survey for demolition work, we conduct a site survey based on document investigations such as design documents and finishing tables. If there are building materials for which the presence of asbestos is unclear, we will collect and analyze samples of those materials.
