Conventional shaft collars are primarily of two types: the set screw type, which is fixed directly with screws, and the clamp type, which clamps the shaft from both sides. However, these require tools like wrenches for attachment and detachment, making it extremely difficult to work in areas where frequent removal and installation are necessary. In contrast, QUIKLOC operates freely in the insertion direction and automatically locks at any desired stopping position, allowing for installation simply by inserting it into the shaft with one hand. Additionally, the lock can be released just by pulling the release ring, enabling removal to be done with one hand as well.
