The Airpel air cylinder is a double-acting ultra-low friction cylinder developed by Airpot Corporation as a culmination of the technology and experience cultivated in air dampers. The ultra-precise fit between the Pyrex® glass cylinder and the carbon graphite piston eliminates the need for seals, enabling smooth operation with ultra-low pressure input. Additionally, it supports operation at both ultra-low and ultra-high speeds, and is covered with a stainless steel tube, making it resistant to external impacts. It can be used without lubrication or oiling, and operates in ambient temperatures ranging from -55 to +150°C.

The GramForce gripper is a double-acting ultra-low friction gripper that achieves extremely delicate and precise parallel opening and closing control through the ultra-precise fitting of pistons and cylinders, a unique technology developed by Airpot Corporation, which is difficult to achieve with products from other companies. Unlike general parallel hands or chucks that use a crank mechanism, the gripping force remains constant throughout the opening and closing stroke. Additionally, the parallel synchronous design utilizing a counterbalance mechanism maintains a consistent gripping force regardless of the fixed direction and can be used without lubrication or oiling at ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to +80°C.

QUIKLOC is a shaft collar developed for the quick attachment and detachment of reels and similar items. Conventional shaft collars are primarily of two types: the set screw type, which is fixed directly with screws, and the clamp type, which clamps the shaft from both sides. However, these require tools like wrenches for attachment and detachment, making it extremely difficult to work in areas where frequent removal and installation are necessary. In contrast, QUIKLOC operates freely in the insertion direction and automatically locks at any desired stopping position, allowing for installation simply by inserting it into the shaft with one hand. Additionally, the lock can be released just by pulling the release ring, enabling removal to be done with one hand as well.
