- Special Array Structure The accumulation zone is sandwiched between plates made of yoke iron, generating a strong magnetic flux. Since the accumulation zone and the flow path are completely independent, even if contaminants accumulate, they do not block the flow path. Because the contaminants are not exposed to the flow, re-release does not occur. This structure effectively captures submicron contaminants that can cause significant damage to equipment while reliably preventing clogging and re-release, which can lead to secondary equipment troubles.
