The Letches Swing Hammer Mill HM200 has a horizontally rotating shaft in the crushing chamber, to which 10 freely swinging hammers are attached. These hammers crush the sample at high speed within the crushing chamber. Unlike fixed hammers, swing hammers minimize the risk of the machine getting blocked and reduce wear. The crushing particle size can be adjusted using a screen (40mm to 2mm) mounted at the bottom of the crushing chamber.
