This page introduces our available measurement, testing, molding, and processing equipment. 【Lineup】 ◎CNC Three-Dimensional Measuring Machine This device can measure complex three-dimensional shapes with high precision. It accommodates various materials, including CFRP molded products and metal processed items. It also allows for the measurement of deformable elastomers using a non-contact laser probe. ◎Material Testing Machine (Autograph) This device can conduct tests for tensile strength, Poisson's ratio, compressive strength, bending strength, and more. It is compatible with composite materials including CFRP, metals, rubber, plastics, and fibers. ◎Autoclave This molding equipment cures prepreg, which is carbon fiber impregnated with resin, under pressure and heat. We own multiple units with different dimensions and operating temperature ranges, allowing for the molding of large products. ◎3-Axis / 5-Axis Machining Center The 3-axis machine includes gantry-type equipment capable of processing large workpieces. The 5-axis machine can perform cutting operations on three linear axes (XYZ) and two rotational tilt axes. This allows for more flexible processing and the ability to continuously machine three-dimensional curved surfaces.
