The "TFH-UD-Q" is a pressure vacuum forming machine that supports large sheets/thick plates and enables high-precision alignment. By converting steel plates to resin, significant weight reduction is possible, and it can greatly reduce mold costs compared to injection molding. Additionally, when adding decoration or functionality to 3D-shaped parts, printing and hard coating can be done simply by processing sheet-like materials, eliminating the need for large equipment. Through light-transmitting printing, designs that cannot be achieved with steel plates can be realized, and by adopting a special heating method, high-precision alignment forming is possible even with large sheets/thick plates. In the Planning and Development Department, we have permanently installed test forming machines (one for cut sheets and one for roll sheets) to assist customers with the development of new items and products, as well as problem-solving.
