【Product Features】 - By consolidating the production processes of raw material cutting, heating and cooling, emulsification, and stirring, significant labor savings can be expected. - The mixing of raw materials is achieved through horizontal and vertical convection generated by the rotation of the baffle plate and knife, allowing for uniform stirring of the ingredients. - Raw materials are cut at high speed by a knife with a maximum rotation speed of 3000 rpm. - There are two heating methods: direct heating using steam and indirect heating using a heat jacket. These can be selected based on the moisture content of the product. - By managing multiple recipe programs, it is possible to produce small quantities of various products with stable quality. - With seven different machine sizes and a wide range of options, it is possible to choose the optimal mixer according to the customer's production situation. - The structure is designed with hygiene considerations in mind. - For products with a bowl capacity of 110 liters (product name: CCM-110) or more, hydraulic-driven tilting of the bowl and automatic opening/closing and locking of the lid are possible.
