These can be selected based on the moisture content of the product. - By managing multiple recipe programs, it is possible to produce small quantities of various products with stable quality. - With seven different machine sizes and a wide range of options, it is possible to choose the optimal mixer according to the customer's production situation. - The structure is designed with hygiene considerations in mind. - For products with a bowl capacity of 110 liters (product name: CCM-110) or more, hydraulic-driven tilting of the bowl and automatic opening/closing and locking of the lid are possible.
