The encrypted contracts, secured with proprietary technology, can be accessed safely from anywhere at any time, and can be downloaded as PDFs. You can search the contents of the encrypted contracts from your PC or smartphone, reducing the hassle of searching for and verifying contract details. Additionally, by importing already PDF-ified contracts or contracts saved in Excel or Word into the "Anywhere Contract Cloud," you can manage them just like paper contracts or electronic contracts. This system also complies with the revised Electronic Bookkeeping Preservation Act that came into effect in January 2022 and has been certified by JIIMA (Japan Document Information Management Association) as software that meets the legal requirements of the Electronic Bookkeeping Preservation Act.
