Introducing the fluids actually self-primed by a self-priming pump! Methods for self-priming with high viscosity and sanitary specifications are also included.
In the pump transfer operation, IN/OUT is essential. Broadly speaking, there are submersible pumps and surface pumps, but submersible pumps mainly operate while submerged in the fluid, so they generally do not have self-priming capabilities. On the other hand, self-priming pumps are mostly found in surface pumps, and they are equipped with check valves or mechanisms that serve that purpose near the pump's interior or suction inlet. Pumps that have the ability to draw in fluid are collectively referred to as self-priming pumps. This document summarizes fluids that were actually self-primed by H2's self-priming pumps, as well as fluids that can operate under conditions close to self-priming. Please take a moment to read it.
