The "Particle Visualization System" LED light source model "Parallel Eye D" combines an ultra-sensitive camera, LED light source, and image processing software to visualize and record invisible particles in real-time as images. Features of "Parallel Eye D": ■ Particle Visualization Although LEDs are generally considered unsuitable for particle visualization, precise optical design has enabled the realization of an LED light source optimal for particle visualization. ■ Surface Foreign Object Observation It can visualize foreign objects adhering to surfaces such as films and panels. Additionally, it is possible to identify the type of material based on the differences in fluorescence colors emitted by the foreign objects. ■ Airflow Observation Due to the thickness of the light, it is ideal for observing the behavior of three-dimensional airflow and using tracers for airflow observation. ■ Visualization in Bright Environments By using optional filters, it is possible to visualize particles in bright environments with minimal sensitivity reduction.
