The "OSC-401" can quickly inspect defects such as disconnections and shorts within a resistive touch panel by flowing a small current through the terminals on the touch panel. In 1973, during the era of rising prices due to the oil shock, a company specializing in the maintenance of medical equipment was established in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. At that time, there were only three employees. This marked the beginning of MECC.
