High beam quality electric light series! 532nm picosecond laser
The LDH-G0610 from the Denko series is an oscillator developed with a focus on beam quality. It is ideal for thin film drilling and patterning processes, and compared to other wavelengths, it is not only cost-effective but also easy to handle, making it widely used for processing thin ceramics and metal films.

basic information
**Beam Characteristics** Wavelength: 532nm (Green) Average Output: >6W Repetition Frequency: 200kHz~1000kHz Pulse Width: <15ps Beam Diameter: Φ3.0±0.5mm Divergence Angle: <0.4mrad Mode Quality: M²<1.2 Spatial Mode: TEM00 Polarization Direction: Linear ● High Beam Quality The Electric Light series is suitable for processing that can be handled with output in the several watt class, and due to the reduced output, it can be applied to high-quality processing with a beam quality of M²<1.2, achieving a higher quality laser than ever before. ● Pulse Split Mode In pulse split mode, the low repetition frequency can be controlled, allowing processing from a single shot. ● High-Speed Processing Multi-pulse mode (burst mode) enables processing by subdividing pulses. ● Compact Type Thanks to a groundbreaking design, a significant reduction in the number of components compared to conventional oscillators has been achieved, resulting in a weight reduction of about 20kg. Additionally, the reduction in the number of components has also led to a lower price.

We provide picosecond laser oscillators as light sources with various wavelengths: green (532nm), ultraviolet (UV: 355nm), and deep ultraviolet (DUV: 266nm) for laser devices used in semiconductor and packaging substrates, semiconductor manufacturing and inspection equipment, and fine processing of electronic components (mainly drilling and patterning). We also offer proposals, development, and sales of optical systems necessary for equipment integration.
