A customer, a financial equipment manufacturer with production bases in Japan, consulted us about wanting to simultaneously conduct design prototyping, evaluation, and mass production ramp-up for a new product aimed at overseas markets within a short timeframe. To improve the characteristics, we utilized the manufacturing equipment at our factory in Vietnam to complete multiple prototype parts in half a day. Additionally, we proposed suitable materials, construction methods, and shapes based on functional prototypes and drawings, which were reflected in the mass production design.
