This is a DI/O station IC compatible with CUnet. It is equipped with 32-bit input/output terminals and allows switching of input and output in 4-bit units.
【DI: Input Operation】 Input data is written to the self-occupied area (1 block = 8 bytes) and is copied to all other CUnet ICs via CUnet communication. 【DO: Output Operation】 Since CUnet is multi-master, it is necessary to set its own master at the DOSA (Data Output Station Address) terminal. Data from the memory area of the master set at DOSA is output. 【I/O Control Without CPU】 DIO control can be realized with a configuration consisting only of MKY46 without a CPU. This is possible because the communication protocol is built into the CUnet ICs. Therefore, development costs can be significantly reduced.

Company information
"Without taking leaps or bounds, but rather taking one step at a time..." This sentiment is embedded in the name of our company, Step Technica. All of our professional engineers, who share this belief, have established a development and support system that avoids taking leaps or bounds, from customer hearings to product release. Additionally, we are an LSI manufacturer that continues to develop new products that align with market trends, focusing on the themes of "things that seem to exist in the world but do not" and "things that someone might be able to create but cannot." Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to the industry by providing innovative products with enhanced reliability.
