Applying technology, also manufacturing for civilian use! Microfine bubbles of air, which make up about 2% of tap water.
"Micro-nanobubbles" are being utilized in various applications due to their effects, and at micro-bub, we are manufacturing not only for industrial use but also for civilian use by applying this technology. We offer a lineup that includes "micro fine bubbles for fully automatic washing machines," which cleans and deodorizes not only laundry but also the back of the washing machine drum, as well as "micro fine bubble shower heads." They are suitable for preventing the decay and odor of coolant liquids during the summer, and for cutting paved roads and stone materials, with SUS products available in diameters that match cutting and cleaning lines. In the PDF document below, we also have a Q&A section titled "What are micro fine bubbles (MFB)?" so please take a look. [Partial Lineup] ■ Micro fine bubbles for fully automatic washing machines ■ Micro fine bubble shower heads ■ Beauty series for beauty salons *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
