The intelligent distribution module is a smart distribution and control unit that can significantly upgrade traditional fuse boxes. There are two versions available: a semiconductor version that allows pre-setting of protection functions for each channel via CAN connection, and a socket version that enables users to incorporate ISO micro relays and fuses. It is compatible with various platforms such as electric vehicles, buses, trucks, construction machinery, special vehicles, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment, and has environmental resistance compliant with IP67. Even in the relay-fuse version, it is compact, but the semiconductor version greatly improves layout flexibility due to its overwhelmingly thin shape. The main functions include the ability to initialize devices via CAN, switch load outputs, monitor current and voltage output states in real-time, quickly send diagnostic data to the master controller, and achieve smart predictive maintenance and load management. In the semiconductor version, each channel can be set up to a maximum of 30A with CAN control. You can choose between 8-channel or 12-channel specifications.
