■Details of Processing Technology 1. Electrolytic hard chrome plating. This processing technology involves applying a blast treatment (where fine particles such as sand, metal, or ceramics are shot at high speed) to the base material, followed by a Dycron coating. The blast coating, known as Blastron, offers excellent wear resistance. 2. Most metal materials can be processed. It is also possible to reprocess materials to utilize them again. (Recycling of materials) *However, titanium, cemented carbide, nitrided materials, or those that have undergone surface treatment cannot be processed.* 3. Depending on compatibility with the target object, it is possible to change the surface roughness. Six types of blast media can be selected. *#40, #80, #120, #220, #400, #DX* ■Possible Processing Size Up to approximately φ800 x 200L. (For elongated items, up to 2500L is possible.) *Only for #DX, φ600 x 200L (for elongated items, up to 1600L).* ■Possible Processing Weight Up to a maximum of 20kg.
