There was a challenge where 'staff members were monitoring the congestion situation in the area and providing broadcast announcements, but there was variability in the announcements depending on the person, leading to a lack of uniformity in service.' In response, our company created an object detection model that recognizes human heads using an open dataset. By determining the position of individuals based on the output information, we can assess the level of congestion within the area. Additionally, based on the congestion level, it is possible to display/broadcast content registered in the existing signage and automatic broadcasting systems.
