After inserting the seed box into the box holder, the dough temperature inside the box is measured using the dough temperature sensor.

Introducing the "Box Elevator for Dufider." While pressing the safety confirmation button on the side of the control panel with one hand, use the other hand to press the upward button on the control panel, and to avoid malfunction and enhance safety, operate with both hands. The upward motion is maintained and comes to a temporary stop before reversing. This stop is an intermediate halt during ascent for visual confirmation of the equipment before loading the material. After that, press the upward button again using both hands.
