By preventing friction heat, it does not compromise the flavor of the cacao beans. The structure is designed for easy cleaning to prevent contamination. All parts that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene. The roller can be hung on the stand, making maintenance convenient. - Improved production efficiency, equipped with hot air generation device Unlike similar existing machines that typically require 48 hours for the grinding process, the NTG-12 grinds down to a size of 30 microns in about 24 hours. (This is based on our experimental results and may vary depending on the ingredients and materials.) The rotation speed of the stone mill can be changed at will. By attaching an accessory to the ball's discharge port, chocolate in the tank can be easily extracted.
