Given this geographical situation, the Nagasaki Prefectural Police considered the introduction of a video conferencing system aimed at improving the workplace environment by streamlining operations through reduced travel time and burden for attending various meetings, reviewing work styles by conducting tasks previously done at distant workplaces at nearby police stations, and strengthening the security system during natural disasters such as typhoons.
