~Metal Press Material Shortage Incident~ To investigate the cause of material shortages during processing, imaging was conducted in response to abnormal signals from the equipment. A wobble was discovered in the material feeding mechanism from the images! By improving the feeding accuracy on the equipment side, material shortages were reduced, resolving the issue. The number of short stops decreased by 92.4% (from 53 times a month to 4 times a month). ~Moving Parts Drop Incident~ During the process of placing parts in the chuck, for some reason, the parts fell. The cause was checked using "Camera Search." When viewed in slow motion, it was found that after the chuck moved, it was in an incomplete stop state while the parts were being placed. The timing for placing parts on the "equipment side" was adjusted to resolve the issue. In another process, it was revealed that the center of gravity of the parts was high, leading to a design change on the "parts side." ~Injection Molding Machine Workpiece Jam Incident~ If molded products enter the next molding while still stuck in the mold, it can damage the mold. There were multiple suspects, so imaging was conducted. From the images, it was identified that the culprit was static electricity. Improvements could be made efficiently before taking random countermeasures. ~Bottle Label Misapplication Incident~ There was a debate on whether the culprit was the "equipment" or the "product," and an attempt was made to capture the crime scene to identify the true culprit. From the images, the culprit was immediately clear. It became possible to agree on countermeasures regardless of one's position.
