This is a coil lifter developed for the purpose of optimizing coil transportation work in the water-cooled yard of the hot coil manufacturing line.
Confirming and holding the position of the coils in the hot coil water-cooling pool, as well as lifting them, is a dangerous and difficult task. This product recognizes the holes through sensor penetration detection when the lifter descends and automatically stops where there is a coil hole. The arm closes and inserts claws into the coil hole. When the coil is lifted, the stock detection sensor activates, and a safety device operates to prevent the arm from accidentally opening and dropping the coil during transport. In addition, various safety measures are incorporated into the design to support 24-hour unmanned operation.
