We have 11 partner companies that we work with regularly (7 sheet metal processing companies, 2 painting companies, and 2 finishing assembly companies). We understand each company's areas of expertise, available equipment, and production capacity, and we consider the optimal options from the perspectives of quality, delivery time, and price. Regarding delivery management for outsourced processing, we closely monitor the total schedule as well as lead times by parts and processing types using our production management system, and we manage schedules by calculating backwards from the completion date. Additionally, we deepen mutual understanding of the methods for exchanging drawing data, and through revision history management and lot management, we ensure traceability. By outputting drawing data in the form of unfolded drawings (detailed drawings), we can reduce the burden of drawing development for our partner companies. Furthermore, by working on production improvements and eliminating defects, we aim to achieve continuous productivity enhancement. When customer-required delivery dates concentrate within a short period that exceeds our production capacity, we have established a system that can handle large production volumes by requesting processing from our partner companies (outsourcing partners). Moreover, this initiative also enables us to respond to BCP (Business Continuity Planning) in the event of disasters.

A system has been established to procure various materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.), parts (locks, rails, casters, other hardware, glass, rubber, electrical components, etc.), and packaging materials (cardboard, vinyl, wood skids, etc.), enabling us to meet a wide range of needs. For items used on a daily basis or those that may become bottlenecks due to lead times, we maintain an appropriate level of inventory at all times. For parts used exclusively for specific products, the manufacturing management department arranges procurement based on production instructions and parts lists issued by the technical department. By utilizing the procurement management function of the production management system, procurement operations, distribution operations, and inventory management operations are centrally managed, allowing for real-time monitoring of the situation.
