We propose large drawers that are outside the standard size.
We received a request from Fujiseimitsu Kogyo, a metal processing manufacturer in Higashi-Osaka City, to produce a custom wide drawer for storing etching processing films, and we delivered six units. The request was made because the drawers currently in use were deteriorating over time, and they wanted to replace them with new ones. During our meeting, we decided on the number of drawers and the internal dimensions based on their preferences. Additionally, they requested that a cleaning robot be able to pass under the drawer, so we designed it with a base of the desired height attached to the bottom. Our company employees visited for the delivery, where they installed the drawers and collected the previously used ones. After installation, when they checked the product, they were satisfied with the design and usability as per their expectations.
