We will introduce the reasons why the unit house "MOBILE SPACE" was chosen and its implementation effects through a case study. Daiken Kogyo Co., Ltd., which conducts waste collection, transportation, and intermediate processing in Osaka Prefecture, identified the improvement of the workplace environment as a challenge due to changes in social conditions, including an increase in young and female employees. As a solution, they introduced our product, which requires less on-site construction and can reduce the construction period to about half that of conventional methods. The carefully designed restroom has received high praise not only from employees but also from visitors to the office, with comments like "the luxury is amazing," and it has exceeded expectations in terms of usability and evaluation.
