PhyPrep is the industry's first large-scale automated robot for purifying plasmid DNA. After approximately 8 minutes of reagent preparation, the device performs plasmid extraction. Like PhyTip, it employs Dual Flow Chromatography (DFC) technology for purification using anion exchange resin. As a result, endotoxin-free and supercoiled plasmids are recovered, achieving high transfection efficiency in plasmid purification.
