[Heat Exchange Coating Construction Example] Elementary School Poolside Drain/ Stainless Steel Drain Cover
A maximum temperature drop of 25℃! A case where silica sand was mixed in to serve as an anti-slip measure.
We would like to introduce a case where carbon offset-targeted "heat exchange paint" was applied to the side gutters and stainless steel grates of an elementary school pool. To ensure durability, stainless steel grates were used, but during the summer, they became so hot that they could not be touched with bare hands, and there were instances where staff accidentally burned their feet. Therefore, utmost caution was exercised when children used the pool. Since the metal parts were very slippery, sand was mixed in to serve as a non-slip measure. After applying the heat exchange paint, it has been reported that walking barefoot is now completely safe and comfortable. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Elementary School Poolside Gutters/Stainless Steel Grates ■ Product Used: D-42 Gray ■ Installation Effect: No more worries about burns *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
