The "TM-REX series" is an all-in-one collaborative robot integrated system that includes the robot body, a hand, and an elevating platform. Equipped with a safety laser scanner as standard, it can increase speed for tasks in environments without people. It is also easy to move, allowing for multiple different tasks to be registered, enabling it to recognize and perform tasks at their respective locations. 【Features】 ■ The robot is shipped with initial startup and scanner range pre-set, allowing for demo operation on the same day it arrives. ■ The standard hand can be selected at the same price as either an electric two-finger gripper or an electric suction hand. ■ The smart camera system recognizes the contours, contrast, color, and images of objects, allowing for positioning at designated locations to perform tasks. The purpose of utilizing robots is to: "Replace dangerous tasks" such as back pain, abrasions, cuts, and pinching. "Stabilize quality" as human concentration is limited to short periods.
