Improvement of packaging from A-1 type to one-touch type! Operations on-site have become smoother!
Since fruits and vegetables are numerous and heavy, innovative packaging methods are necessary, and due to the aging workforce, proposals that take this into account were requested. In response, our company changed the shape of the cardboard from A-1 (0201) to a bottom one-touch type. Additionally, we added hand holes to the upper flaps. Furthermore, by printing markers on both sides of the box, it became easy to identify the product name even during the bundling of the cardboard or when stacked before shipping, which reduced shipping errors and allowed for smoother handover to delivery companies. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues: The aging workforce requires innovative packaging methods. ■ Proposals: 1.
