When delivering the ordered cardboard boxes, we did not have prior knowledge of the order in which the customer would use them, making it difficult for the customer to find the necessary cardboard products during the delivery. Therefore, we consulted with the transportation department and drivers who actually deliver the products, and thought that it could be resolved by unloading the sheets in a way that is easy for the customer to use.
