The customer is packing products into cardboard, which is the packaging material, and is performing bagging operations inside the box, using the lid to hook the bags for packaging the products. However, during this process, the corners of the lid (flap) get caught due to the weight of the products, causing the bags to tear, resulting in bag loss and increased working time. The issue lies in the corners of the flap getting caught in the bags, so it was proposed to eliminate this by rounding the corners through R processing (a process that rounds the corners using a die).
