Our production equipment allows for the setup of two products with fixtures, and simultaneous welding with a laser program is also possible!
We would like to introduce our production equipment equipped with AI-based image recognition sensors. It features a galvanometric scanning laser system. The fixture is designed to accommodate two products simultaneously, allowing for simultaneous welding of both items through the laser program. The AI-based image recognition sensor automatically distinguishes between one and two items placed, initiating the welding program. It also prevents incorrect product placement, and a fixture station is set up at the rear of the equipment, making changeovers easy. 【Example of Installed Equipment (Partial)】 ■ Panasonic laser processing machine, maximum 100W, □400mm area ■ Two contact displacement sensors (measuring workpiece sinking) ■ Load cell (pressure confirmation) ■ Pressing method: Servo press + air cylinder ■ AI-based image recognition sensor (load confirmation, set confirmation) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
