We would like to introduce our production equipment equipped with AI-based image recognition sensors. It features a galvanometric scanning laser system. The fixture is designed to accommodate two products simultaneously, allowing for simultaneous welding of both items through the laser program. The AI-based image recognition sensor automatically distinguishes between one and two items placed, initiating the welding program. Our company is based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, and is a device manufacturer that produces production equipment and processing machines primarily for the automotive industry, as well as for the electrical and medical industries. As we transitioned from an electrical construction business to a device equipment manufacturer, the company name changed from Hiroshima Electric Construction to simply Hiroshima.
