We would like to introduce our "Laser Resin Welding Device (Experimental Machine)" that we handle. This experimental machine is equipped with a galvanometric scanning laser and is designed to accommodate various workpiece shapes using tempered glass for the holding fixture. Additionally, it features a displacement sensor for measuring the amount of workpiece sinking, and with the PLC installed, it is also capable of accumulating welding quality data. Our company is based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, and is a device manufacturer that produces production equipment and processing machines primarily for the automotive industry, as well as for the electrical and medical industries. As we transitioned from an electrical construction business to a device equipment manufacturer, the company name changed from Hiroshima Electric Construction to simply Hiroshima.
