The holding jig uses Tempax glass! An experimental machine capable of accommodating various work shapes.
We would like to introduce our "Laser Resin Welding Device (Experimental Machine)" that we handle. This experimental machine is equipped with a galvanometric scanning laser and is designed to accommodate various workpiece shapes using tempered glass for the holding fixture. Additionally, it features a displacement sensor for measuring the amount of workpiece sinking, and with the PLC installed, it is also capable of accumulating welding quality data. All of our laser welding devices comply with the JIS C6802 safety standards and are classified as Class 1. 【Example of Installed Equipment (Partial)】 ■ Panasonic laser processing machine, maximum 100W, □200mm area ■ Four-point contact displacement sensor (for measuring workpiece sinking) ■ Ophir power meter (for checking laser output during routine inspections) ■ Load cell (for confirming pressing force) ■ Pressurization method: air cylinder *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
