Laser resin welding device (production machine) transport mechanism

Adsorbing products and transporting them outside the device via a small belt conveyor! Introducing our production equipment.

We would like to introduce our production equipment equipped with a transport mechanism. This production device is equipped with a galvanometric scanning laser, which, after laser welding, adsorbs the product and transports it outside the device via a small belt conveyor. An air purge mechanism is installed near the laser irradiation port to prevent the intrusion of fumes. The changeover of fixtures is performed automatically. Furthermore, all of our laser welding devices comply with the JIS C6802 safety standards and are classified as Class 1. 【Example of installed equipment (partial)】 ■ Panasonic laser processing machine, maximum 100W, □400mm area ■ Four-point contact displacement sensor (measuring workpiece sinking) ■ Ophir power meter (confirming laser output value during routine inspections) ■ Load cell (confirming pressing force) ■ Pressurization method: Servo press *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
