Adoption of automation for the supply from the cleaning of external parts to the usage destination! Introduction of a case where human management was also proposed.
We would like to introduce a case study of a new food factory construction project. The factory was planned to accommodate a wide range of products, including rice, side dishes, desserts, and in-store cooked products. Automation was adopted for the cleaning of external containers and the supply to the usage destination. While aiming for labor-saving, we also focused on food defense, implementing measures against external intrusions, as well as restrictions on entry to the manufacturing site and within the manufacturing area, proposing and realizing management of personnel. 【Case Overview】 ■ Rice, Side Dish, and Dessert Factory (Supermarket) ■ Location: Chiba Prefecture ■ Structure: Steel structure, 3 stories above ground ■ Area: 10,117 m² ■ Completion Year: 2014 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
