It was a transport request for about 20 kilometers, with loading at 3 PM and unloading at the center at 5 PM, making it a short-term job. For this request, we were asked for three 4-ton trucks, and we proposed using our own vehicles along with those from partner companies. We provided a speedy response, from consultation to proposal (including quotation) within three days, which satisfied the customer. We started this in February 2021, and we are still being utilized.
