We received requests from customers stating, "I want to place orders for products easily and without mistakes" and "I want to manage products more easily." Currently, orders are placed using product names, but there are many similar products, which can lead to ordering mistakes. Additionally, due to the large variety of products handled, it has been difficult for customers to keep track of everything, and they felt that the ordering process was somewhat burdensome. By standardizing products with a common code, ordering mistakes have become less likely, and since products are registered with codes, the ordering and management of products have become easier.
