[Proposal Example] I want to reduce storage space by changing the material of the cardboard.

By reviewing the materials, we can solve the problem! The thickness has been reduced to 0.7mm, resulting in decreased stacking space.

Currently, we have been using a brown-based EF thickness (around 1.2mm), but due to the increasing difficulty in securing storage space, we have received a request to reduce inventory space. Since it was impossible to change the design to reduce materials and thickness while maintaining the current packaging shape, we resolved the issue by reviewing the material. By reducing the thickness of the material by 0.7mm, we decreased the stacking space and achieved a cost reduction of 3% (with variations depending on the lot and specifications). Because it is a special material, we also proposed it for printing applications (offset printing).
