A case where an expansion for a manufacturing line was carried out immediately after new construction! Key points of architectural design will be introduced!
We would like to introduce a case study of a new construction project for a food factory. This building is a bread manufacturing factory. Immediately after the completion of the new construction, an expansion was carried out for the production line of roll bread. Since the manufacturing process is mechanized and organized into a line, the flow plan was developed around the manufacturing machinery. The key points of the architectural design include a large span of 27 meters, a ceiling height of 7.5 meters, and equipment design that enables strict air conditioning management in the production room. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Saitama Prefecture ■ Structure: Steel structure, 2 stories above ground ■ Area: 10,300 m² ■ Completion Year: 2005 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
