[Food Factory Expansion and Renovation Project Case Study] Pizza Dough Production (For Delivery/In-House Use)
A case that reflects the construction procedure of sequentially expanding and renovating! Key points of the design will also be introduced!
We would like to introduce a case study of a food factory expansion and renovation project. The objective is to secure the necessary space for the installation of a new production line in the existing factory. The key design point was to enable the expansion plan, including auxiliary rooms, without stopping the operation of the existing line. To achieve this, we reflected a construction procedure in the design that starts with the expansion of the office in the available land space and then proceeds with successive expansions and renovations. Since the production line equipment is manufactured in the United States, there were issues with the time required for technical information exchange, which resulted in a longer design process despite the simplicity of the production process. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Chiba Prefecture ■ Structure: Steel structure, 2 stories above ground ■ Area: 4,778 m² ■ Completion Year: 2018 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
