[Food Factory Expansion and Renovation Project Case Study] Industrial Catering/Business Lunch Center
A case where a plan was made to sequentially replace the manufacturing rooms after relocating the existing rice cooking room.
We would like to introduce a case study of a food factory expansion and renovation project. The project aims to achieve certification for HACCP methods through modernization, focusing on the expansion and renovation of a factory that provides meals for private businesses. The key point is the creation of a plan that allows for renovation work without stopping the factory's operations. The expansion will include a new cooking building, and after relocating the existing cooking room, the production rooms will be gradually replaced according to the plan. We have implemented zoning based on food safety, including the separation of areas by cleanliness and the elimination of cross-traffic. The design is mindful of the scope of improvements feasible for small to medium-sized business meal services. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Nagano Prefecture ■ Structure: Steel structure, 2 stories above ground ■ Area: 1,409 m² ■ Completion Year: 2003 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
