"ABL Glass" is a conductive glass primarily composed of vanadate. Based on this technology, we are conducting research on the development of new electrical and electronic component materials, as well as electrode materials, and their application techniques in products. It is an amorphous oxide that does not oxidize and does not develop rust like metals. Utilizing this feature, we have developed a new electrode that compensates for the shortcomings of conventional metal discharge electrodes in air atmospheres, where metals are typically less effective. Applications in electrostatic precipitators and sensor components are anticipated, and since it can be screen printed, it allows for the formation of a wide variety of electrode structures.
