Prototype precision sheet metal fabrication includes standard attachment of data measured with a three-dimensional measuring machine. We can accommodate high-precision products with short lead times, small lot sizes, and even single pieces. We offer one-stop solutions for post-processing, including MS coating (discharge surface treatment), ultra-fine discharge machining (minimum hole diameter of 3μm), wire discharge machining, metal and resin cutting, as well as surface treatments such as plating and anodizing, heat treatment, and painting.
